I have attached a file and I have made a formula up, but I can't seem to get it to work.
I am looking up a persons information on one sheet and replacing it with something else in another sheet in the same cell range setup. A pretty straight forward exercise , but I am stuck.
This is the Code I have so far,
A macro to replace the the data would probably be the best way to go , but I am not that far advanced yet.

there are some logical errors in the formula
first the reference i.e. $ is not properly use. second your CodeLookup have only two columns so you cant give the 3 column in vlookup
the attatch file may he helpfull
