    Comparing data in 2 worksheet

    Hi all,
I'm new here. Hoped I'm asking in the right thread .

I need help to comparing 2 worksheet.

    1. I have 2 worksheet named June & July.
    2. Each worksheet containing 3 Columns header: Account ID, Account Name & Bill
    3. There's some new & deleted account in July
    4. I want comparing Bill value on June & July by adding a new Columns in July (let say Bill June).

    Thanks

Assuming your Account ID field is a unique column on both sheets, you could use that to do a VLOOKUP from your July sheet to the June sheet. Assumptions (for both June and July sheets):
    Column A = Account ID, Column B = Account Name, Column C = Bill

suppose your data is in A,B&C column in each sheet

In Cell # D2 in July sheet paste

    =VLOOKUP($A2,June!$A:$C,3,0) and copy down

If your problem is not solved, upload a sample workbook with sample data and your desired results
