Hi all,

My first post so please be gentle!!

I am trying to get a decent formula for a sales spreadsheet in excel 2003. I have the following sheet set-up:

A (Sales Person) B (Manager) C (No of Sales)
Dave Steve 6
Chris Steve 5
Mark John 7
etc etc

What I want to do is have a formula that will return the name of the top salesperson per Manager, i.e. i will have a summary sheet with Steve and John on it and next to Steve's name I want it to read Dave and next to John's name I want it to read Mark etc

Plesae help as I am going mad here!!
