    Formula to calculate tolerance negative & postive

    hello i am trying to formulate equation where tolerance level is calculated based on value PO 1% on value less than 950, 0.5% on value greater than 951-1950, 0.4% on value greater than 1951. The example attached should result in YES/NO if it is under or over in tolerance when comparing PO TO PI. Thanks

    or when comparing PI TO PO which may either way result in negative or postive variance.

    Maybe =ABS(B3-C3) <= B3*LOOKUP(B3, {0,951,1951}, {1,0.5,0.4}%)
