I have column A and column B, in every row one of the columns has a good result (an actual number) and one has an error. I'd like to write a formula in column C to compare A to B and bring back the non-error.
Please help, thanks!

Use this =IFERROR(value,value_if_error)
and replace the value (1st argument) with your formula.

Try this,
C1, copy down.
=IFERROR(A1,B1)
Or,
=LOOKUP(9E+300,A1:B1)
If this is not you are looking, please post a sample file.

Thank you!!! I knew I was making it too hard! The =IFERROR(A1,B1) is perfect!
