Customized Layout/format for Pivot table

Hi,

I have some data need to turn into pivot table which suit my need. What I can get is a standard pivot table (see attached excel) with label Month, Agreement#, Contract Type, Status but I need to combine two column of the standard pivot table (Contract Type and Status) into one column. The pivot table will be showing all the data of Contract Type and Status together under one column. (see atatched excel as well).

Is there any way to do it? Thank you.
