Formula to record patients on an ongoing waiting list

Hi there,


I have used a formula in conditional formatting to bring up a red cell for any patients who do not have an appt date yet (i.e. they are still on the waiting list). I would like to track the number of patients on the waiting list monthy. This will be an ongoing waiting list and may also include patients from previous months on previous worksheets still waiting for an appt. Please could you advise on a method for this.
