Comparing a row of numbers to a range of numbers

Hi. I hope the title is not too confusing. What I have is A) a list of past lottery numbers and B) the numbers that I want to use in the next lottery.

I want to compare the 6 numbers I picked against the historical data to ensure that I have a truly random set and also to find out if this combination of numbers has ever won before.

I tried COUNTIF(AND - no go. I tried HLOOKUP - no go. I looked at the definitions for nearly all the formulas but couldn't come up with a fix. Any clues on what formula I should use to do this? I've attached a sampe of the data I'm using.

    Thanks.
