Extract particular words from a cell

how to extract words from "Application" to "mshpl-team (Mail Group);" from each cell of a column if the lenghth of the words before "Application" varies in each cell. for example,

*All Roles*: = msqe-eng (Mail Group); Application Main: All Apps= msqe-ops (Mail Group); Validator: = msqe-eng (Mail Group), msqe-ops-all (Mail Group), na-esp-ai (Mail Group)
