Excel 2007 : Data Replace with Time

Dear Mods and Respected Members,

i am trying to make a presentation whose data is based on an excel sheet.

i need help in how to do it cuz i am a general user of excel and it looks very difficult to me but for you lot its a piece of cake.

what i am trying to do is;

1- DISPLAY data from excel into powerpoint presentation.
2- A1- 08:00

this information(times) is displayed in powerpoint.

3- i have another sheet which contains different
A1 - 13:00
B1- 15:46
C1- 16:46 (and so on upto 365 rows)

18:46
19:46
20:46
21:46
22:46
23:46
00:46
01:46
02:46
03:46
04:46
05:46
06:46
07:46
08:46
09:46

what i need help in is how to replace the value of ''SHEET1'' cell ''A1'' everyday when time goes to 00:00 and autosaved. with the value of '' SHEET2'' cell ''B1'' and next day ''C1'' and next day ''D1'' and goes back to ''A1'' after 1 year.

please please help me in this, i am sorry if i havent explained the problem properly. if any questions plz do ask.
