To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'.
To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'.
Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments.

You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page.
Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.

To upload a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button and locate the file.

To upload a file from another URL, enter the full URL for the file in the second box on this page.
Once you have completed one of the boxes, click 'Upload'.

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

Maybe try zipping the file and attaching to the original thread. I downloaded the file, but couldn't open it because it .rar and not .zip.

    Hi,

I think I got the right references in the new formulas, but please double check that the numbers are what they should be.

Thank you abousetta for the great support. some formulas on the table didn't work because it says COD instead of SAP. I tried to modify it myself but no luck

    Re: formula modification

    Hi,

Could you identify which cell this having a problem in and what you expected the correct answer should be? That way I can modify and check the modifications.

    Thanks.

    Re: formula modification

    Hi,

I have updated your formulas to check column K instead of H and B instead of A. I'm not seeing a difference in the results and I don't know what the results are supposed to because there are no entries in Column B marked as 'critical'.

Have a look and tell me if the formulas still need a tweak. If so, maybe add some more data and tell me what the expected results should be.

    Thanks.

    Re: formula modification

    Hi Abousetta,

unfortunately some cells didn't work. I noticed that the formula for F85 needs to be modified. I think we should write SAP instead of cod. the value should be 3.

    Re: formula modification

There is a discrepancy between what you are looking for in the formula and what is in your actual data tables. For example there is an underscore after SAP in the formula but a space in the data tables. You need to make sure that they are both the same. Also the extension after SAP in the example you provided is not found in the data tables:

    Formula check for:

    Data tables contain:

Once you standardize these then you should get the right results, but right now I can't tell how you came up with the number 3 for F85.

    Re: formula modification

You are right. I wrote the wrong letter in the post, but the formulas are looking at Column K, but still same problem as before since there is no match.
