Excel 2007 : Help needed 'tracking changes'

Hi,
I have spreadsheet which is suited for costing different production items, it includes 'materials' worksheet which is updated through quickbooks and incures price changes. There're over 1000 different materials.
Problem:
Can I see or track changes of cells after updating that material sheet. In other words to see price changes of materials only of those materials which had a price increase or decrease?
