How to make a list of words separated by commas?

Hi guys, I have a question, I wasn't sure where to put it, so I put it in here, sorry....

So, I have a column that looks like this:

    COLUMN 1
    cat, dog, mouse, house
    chair, mouse, bird
    flower, dog, mouse, cat
    table, chair, dog

How can I make a list of all the words used in these 4 cells?
Desired list would look like this:

    cat
    dog
    mouse
    house
    chair
    bird
    flower
    table

Can it count how many times each word is used?

    Thank u in advance!

    Alle,

    Welcome to the Excel Forum.

I assume that your raw data is in column A beginning in cell A1. The results will be in columns C and D.

    Detach/open workbook CreateList c d As Object Sp - Alle - EF789939 - SDG16.xlsm and run macro CreateList.

To run the macro from Excel, open the workbook, and press ALT + F8 to display the Run Macro Dialog. Double Click the macro's name to Run it.
    Have a great day,
    Stan
