Counting a Football Team's Record Week by Week

I would like to add a running tally of a team's record to a list of scores I have. An example of the data is below.

    Year Team Wk Res W L T
    2010 49ers 1 L 0 1 0
    2010 49ers 2 L 0 1 0
    2010 49ers 3 L 0 1 0
    2010 49ers 4 L 0 1 0
    2010 49ers 5 L 0 1 0
    2010 49ers 6 W 1 0 0

What I would like to have is:

    Year Team Wk Res W L T W L T
    2010 49ers 1 L 0 1 0 0 1 0
    2010 49ers 2 L 0 1 0 0 2 0
    2010 49ers 3 L 0 1 0 0 3 0
    2010 49ers 4 L 0 1 0 0 4 0
    2010 49ers 5 L 0 1 0 0 5 0
    2010 49ers 6 W 1 0 0 1 5 0

Sorry for the lack of formatting, I also added the above data in a spreadsheet to this post.

So basically I want to sum the wins, losses, and ties of a team week by week, starting at week 1 of a season.

There are number of variables. I can only add the W/L/T's of the season and team. Meaning I have to differentiate seasons and teams somehow, so it only adds from those variables. I also need the formula to remember what it already added for that team and season.

If this doesn't sound like something I can solve in Excel let me know. Otherwise I appreciate any help or suggestions people might have.

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi PASay1975,

See the attached Pivot Table that will do what you ask. You can filter by Year or Team also.

Wow, thanks for the pivot chart it works great for each individual case.

Is there anyway I can plug it's data into the actual spreadsheet next to the game results? This way I could review the data without having to filter it in the pivot chart.

    Hi PASay1975,

You need to send me the data as you get it. That way I can see if it is in a table and can do AutoFilters or Pivots on it easily.

Click on "Go Advanced" below the message area and then on the Paper Clip Icon above the Advanced Message area to attach a sample file.
