What is the best way to convert an excel table into something like this?

I am using excel 2010. I am looking to turn my spreadsheet into something searchable (for the web) pretty much exactly like this. I have the values entered. I have looked all over the internet for clues, but have had no luck does anybody know what programs are necessary to download or what steps need to be taken. If it helps or makes any difference I am going to import it using wordpress when all is said and done.
