Conditional formatting

Hi guys,

I would be most grateful if you guys could help me solve this request.

I have got a spreadsheet (Excel 2003) with a turn around date (deadline).

I want to create a seperate column which compares today's date against the turn around date and if it is

14 days or more left to the actual turnaround date, it becomes BLACK
13 days or less left to the actual turnaround date, it becomes ORANGE
If it is reaches the turnaround date or surpasses it, it becomes RED


So for instance,

Turnaround date is 12/09/2011

If the date is, 01/08/2011 (IT IS BLACK)
If the date is, 05/09/2011 (IT IS ORANGE)
If it is 13/09/2011 (IT IS RED)

I know this can be achieved using conditonal formating.
