Productivity formulas

I have a work project that we are looking to find how long it takes (minutes) to stuff an item. (NOT how many items were stuffed per minute)

I am using the following criteria:

8 people have stuffed 345 items in 7.5 hours. I need to calculate how long each item is taking to stuff (minutes). I have tried several formulas and still cannot figure it out to come out correctly. I can calculate how many items per hour we are stuffing, but not the minutes- and I have tried dividing by 1440. PLEASE HELP!!

that's 8 * 7.5 = 60 people hours or 3600 minutes.

345 items, so about 10 minutes per item.
