Would someone mind giving me the correct format for the following expression?
sum=f+g+2.9%+.35
Where f an g are columns which have dollar values in them, plus 2.9%, plus 35 cents.
Thank you for your help,
John

Assume row 2:
sum=f+g+2.9%+.35
=(F2+G2)*1.029+0.35

Thanks a lot.
Is there not a way to apply these values to the entire columns within one cell .
Thanks,
J
OK, I understand all the words ... I just don't follow when they're joined up like this ;-)Is there not a way to apply these values to the entire columns within one cell
What do you mean? You can just copy the formula down the column using autofill.

Thank you and I am sorry for the confusion.
I have just never used autofill.
I'll take it from here.
Thanks again,
John
