Copying tab to new model, formulas look like ='[OLDMODEL]Tab1'A1 but I want ='Tab1'A1

Hi, I have two very large, identical financial models and I need to copy a worksheet from an old spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet. The formulas and values and everything are identical between the two models. The particular worksheets in question are very large, and happen to be locked so wholesale find / replace is not possible.

The problem is that after I copy the tab into the new model, the formulas look like this:

    ='[OLDMODEL.xls]Worksheet1'!BH19+BH21

The bold part is the problem. How to get rid of it? I'd like the formulas to look like this:

    ='Worksheet1'BH19+BH21

Is there a way to automate this so I get the correct formulas during the tab copying process? Once the formulas are in there it is not easy to change them as the worksheet is locked making find / replace impossible.

This is a massive worksheet with far too many cells to correct by hand. I'm using XL 2003 if that matters. Would really appreciate some help here!

I should also note it is possible to change the formulas by hand, the worksheet does allow that. But copying and pasting into the worksheet is not an option.

This is a corporate add-on worksheet that is linked to outside data sources and stuff like that, which is why it is locked. It's basically a modified custom worksheet that we have to include in all our financial models.
