I would like to have a program that randomly combines words in a structured output.
For instance

The database I plan to use would contain numerous entries. Therefore would it be possible to include multiple buttons that gave the user the ability to choose how many combinations were made in the output. e.g. Button 1 "generate 25 combinations" Button 2"generate 50 combinations".

Are you asking for the macro that would generate such a report?
Are you asking for the method of how you would go about doing it?
Are you looking for someone that will open up the image and tell you that Adjective is spelled wrong?

all you need is a macro to create as many lines of the code as you require per user entry.
Should also have said that a sheet calculation triggers the generate of the words
