Sorting possible though multiple headline rows?

    Hi!

I have a document with two headline rows. When I converted the sheet to a table it now automaticly includes the lower of the two headline rows in the sortind. Even though I just mark the area that I want to sort.

Can anybody help me with this?

I dont have Excel 2003 installed on my system so i tried it in 2007 and it seems to work. I just selected the area i wanted (Excluding the 2nd header) and sorted.

You can try an alternate method. Insert a blank row in between the data of header 1 and the header 2. This should allow you to sort only the data below header 1. Later, you can delete that blank row.
