Excel 2007 : Length of service in age bands

Hi,

I am trying to calculate the length of service to date as per the attached spreadsheet, I have used formulas from a previous post in columns T, U and V which appear to work in row 5 however the other 5 columns (2-4 and 6-7) are not calculating correctly, i.e. in row 2 you would expect column T to be 23, U and V to be 0.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
