Unable to change size of shared workbook

I'm attempting to share a workbook across a network drive. All the functionality works but none of the users are able to resize (in this case increase the size) of the workbook to fill the screen. Any suggestions?

This is weird. I don't think sharing prohibits the workbook window to be re-sized.
