    Question Conditional formatting formula -Data range?

    What is the formula for conditional formatting data range?
    For example: I want to color cell (Red if value from 0-1.4, yellow from 1.5-2.4, green from 2.5-3.4 & red from 3.5-4)

    Sample excel file attached. Kindly advise

    how about condition 1 Cell Value is / Between 0 and 1.49 format Red
    condition 2 Cell Value is / Between 1.5 and 2.49 format Yellow
    condition 3 Cell Value is / Between 2.5 and 3.49 format Green
    condition 4 Cell Value is / greater than 3.5 format Blue
