retreive data from data range in different tab in same workbook

I currently have a report needed to use macro / or excel feature to retreive data from data range in different tab. I am just a excel user and not familiar with program and macro. Not sure someone can help and teach me to design. I have the file draft as attached. Thanks,

Sorry for my bad english. Yes, the attached file does show the desired result by using simple copy feature, what I want to know how to create a pull down data for selection. thanks,
