How can i get a result choosing from two different drop down lists?

Please see attached; It will be better to understand what i'm trying to do.

The purpose of this worksheet is to get the mileage from two different points. I have created two drop down list and a table - the drop down lists shows the different locations, and the table displays a variety of combinations possible.

The main goal is to be able to select from each of the drop down list a location and automatically populate the number of mileage from those particular locations.

How can I achieve this?
