    2D clustered column chart

    Hi all,

I have a dataset with ~800 columns and 12 rows (excluding labels) that I want to make into a 2D clustered column chart.

I can get it to work fine with 11 rows (excluding labels (a-k)), but as soon as I try to make the chart with 12 rows, it doesn't work.

    Any tips?

    Thanks

    Re: 2D clustered column chart

The empty cells in the 12th row of data are causing excel to guess the first 11 rows are name and category labels for a series.

If you select you original chart the data area will have a blue bounding area displayed. You can use this to extend the range down one row by dragging with the mouse.
