How do I take vertical data and make it horizontal automatically?

If you don't need further explanation to understand what i need help with, the base question is this: What is the excel command to turn what I have in A1:C16 into what you see in E1:F3 ? And it cant be column by column. I cant do one command to turn A1:A:16 into E1:F1, and then B2:B16 into E2:F2, and so on. That works with 3 columns, but not when u have 300. I need to know how to do it all at once.

If you need to understand what Im trying to do in order to help me better, here. Say I have an excel sheet with 500 columns of numbers, and each column I've "summed" to get the total for each category. What if I then want to just take the name of each category at the top of each column, and the total number for each category at the bottom of each column, and put them horizontally with the name, then the number, for each category.

For example, look at this sheet I've uploaded. I've used three categories here, apples, oranges, and melons, but pretend that are 3000, way too many to manually copy each one.

On the sheet, in columns A - C I have the categories, with the number of each one that I've summed up into a total. Then in E and F I have how I want it to look, because I did it manually, because it was only 3 categories so I could. I cant do it manually with 300.

What is the excel command to turn what I have in A1:C16 into what you see in E1:F3 ?
