Excel 2007 : return TXT Values and remove duplicates?

How can I do a lookup BOB in column A of SHEET 1, and return only the unique names of Column B on Sheet 1? (A1 will come prepopulated with BOB, I just need to list the Names below). Can you do a formula in Cells A2:A5 that will VLOOKUP A1 and return only the unique names in the entire B1 Column beside the Name BOB in Column A?

So, i would like to see the result be (No duplicate names):
