Change format to a grid

Ok I have attached a file that has 2 example.
In example 1 you have the date and then the calculation. On the far right you get the result after you change the names you can get a different result. In example 2 I have changed the way it looks. The Formula's are the same but I want the results to show in the right hand side in individual cells. This would make it easier to compare the results. I have put notes in the 2 examples they are in red with arrows.
If you can help that would be great.
