I have an excel file that has plenty of information and I use this file to create a pivot table. This pivot table enables me to see the amount of sales of different items - Item A, B and C as well as its total sales.

I have a different tab in the same Excel file which I use to manually populate using Vlookup as it is more presentable. The problem is, in order to use Vlookup I have to manually input certain portion of this tab. As a result it requires plenty of time and sometimes the total that I have in this tab does not match the total in the Pivot table. How can I automatically input the information that I need in format that I need from the Pivot table?
