im trying to make my vlookup pick up more accurate data, im currently finding 31 out of 286 cells that I need, attached is the document im working on. is there anyway to improve my results? im getting a database error so i will be getting back to it later

changed the document to show where the correct data is.
VLOOKUP is only as accurate as the data it is asked to look for
