    Multiply If statements and Sumifs

How would I do multiply if statements by matching the columns Type and Error in the to tabs and displaying the values below under stock.

    Condition
If Supply is greater than or equal to Expected Sell output to 2
If Supply is greater than or equal to Over Sell Volume output to 1
If Inventory is greater than or equal to Expected output to 2
If Inventory is greater than or equal to Over Sell Volume output to 1

If all these condition are fine output to 3
if Supply is less than Expected sell output to 3
If Supply is less than Over Sell Volume output to 3
if Inventory is less than Expected sell output to 3
If Inventoryis less than Over Sell Volume output to 3

If it is NA, I want to show up as NA.

After these if statements condition are run, I would like the lowest value to be selected for the row.
    For example
If for Row 2 for PC Harddrive was 3 for Supply and 2 for Inventory, I want the value 2 to appear in the Main Stock answer.

I put the expected answer I am looking for in the excel sheet, and the if statements. But I just don't know how to embed all the if statements by matching thr Type and Error between the two tabs.
