    Pivot Table Question

Okay I have a chart I am working on and have had help already with it. I am playing around with Pivot Tables seeing what I can and cant do. My question is, is it possible to add a field next to count of issue that displays the Issue itself (the words of the issue) and the Fix for the issue. As text not as a count.

So for example if I choose Amber as the person it will show that she has 12 issues. Then right next to it under Column C have it display the 12 issues associated with her name and the Fixed field also??

I have been playing around with this for a few hours and im not sure if its even possible. The table is on the 3rd sheet.

Thanks for all your help in advance this forum is super helpful.

    Hi Fish,

Pivot Tables give counts and sums. I believe you want to use AutoFilters or Advanced Filter. See Sheet 1 of the attached for an example.

    Re: Pivot Table Question

Okay thanks I wasnt sure if you could have text displayed like that in pivot tables. I already have it filtered by Person and Department so when my boss wants to see how bad amber is doing he can click her name and it will show all that.

So i guess its not possible to do that with a pivot chart as well as have the numbers displayed.

    Thanks for your help

    Re: Pivot Table Question

Move Department out (or up to Report Filter). Then, in order, put these under Row Labels; Name, Issue, Fix. Then Count of Issues under data.
    Does that work for you?
