Pivot table improvement and formula improvement

Basically i am attempting to builds spreadsheet that will forecast my busines cashflow, across 2 accounts. I have posted before and had someone tell me about pivot tables to give me a total of the drop down menu options based on dates( withing each financial quarter) but it has gone haywire and im lost as to how to fix it, secondly (you will see in the sheet) that i need to transfer funds from one account (trading) to the other (CC) and would like to know if this can be done in this formula? like if a cell says "CC repayment" it will trasnfer the amount in another cell from trading to CC.
