Timesheet - Early Start Hours

Hi Guys,

I am trying to automate our timesheet and while I have been able to do most of it, there is only 1 part which is causing me grief and I'm hoping someone can help.

A quick run down on the easy part of the spreadsheet which I have done - if a guy works on a M-F then the first 8 hrs are normal time, next 2 are 1.5x, then everything after that is 2x time.
Saturday is 1.5x for first 2 hours, and 2x for all hours after that.

Now the tricky part arises when they start work before 7am. If they start before 7am then any hours they work before 7am are at double time.
How can I add a condition that if they their start time is before 7am then it adds it to double time until 7am then reverts back to normal conditions?

I hope this is clear enough, if not let me know and I'll try and reword.
