Pivot Table - Grand Total not the sum of the column

    Hi

In the attached file, Columns G & H in Tab PT are based on the formulae i created. i noted that in column H, the grand total (cell H28) is not the sum of that column.

How can i rectify the problem? In fact, in my actual file, the sum of Column G is also out of line.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Harrold,
Try the attached that does a simple sum instead of using the PT total.

    Hi MarvinP,

    Thanks for your reply.

Using the sum function is the way to go, i believe. But do you know why the grand total in pivot table is incorrect? Is this always the case? I wonder how reliable the feature available for pivot table.
