Can cells be copied, with their formula staying exactly as is?

I've got some cells that have the correct formula, but are only in the wrong location. The formula(s) reference relative cells, e.g. B5. Is there a way I can copy and paste that formula to a new location, but keep the formula exactly intact -- e.g. keep the B5 in the formula?

    I'm using Excel 2010

    Thanks

    You can used fixed references:

    =$B$5

Or you can Cut and Paste, rather than Copy. You did say they are in the wrong place, not that it needs to be in both places.

Also, you can copy the formula from the formula bar, rather than copy the cell. This will copy the formula as text, rather than as a property of the cell.
