Excel Conditional Formatting on Multiple Sheets

Hi Guys

Need a little help on a Spreadsheet.

Have been designing a staffing board sheet for a department. There is the W1 Contracted Hours (Peoples Contracts) then on Sun W1, Mon W1 etc. the hours each of them work and next to it the board. The hrs on the left of the sheets comes from the contracted hrs. How can i get the cells to change colour if the hours on individual days are changed from the contracted hours.

Any Ideas rather than doing conditional formatting for every individual cell on each day of the W1 Staffing Boards?

Have you tried doing it mathematically? For example comparing the day hours to the contracted hours on the main week page with a formula to compare hours. Eg. if the week schedule was 7 hours, compare that with a formula for the day hours. Might be easier.
