what formula needed to find: total amount spent on a mortage

hi all im working on an excel project for school and i am stuck on some things

In cell G4, you are asked to calculate the total amount of money that has been spent to purchase the property. Note: this is a formula, not a function, and must include absolute cell references and must take into consideration any money spent on the acquisition of the property.

i put somthing in g4 but i dunno if this is correct =(B$25/12)*(B$26*12)*B4 is the formula i used. b25=7% b26=25 years... b4 is the morgage amount 599995 so is this the right formula? oh awnser is 1049991.25
