Returning specific cell not adjacent to max value

I need to return the value of a cell that is not adjacent to the value i would like to look up. For example: I would like to look up who originated the largest loan volume. Here is my data..."Suzie is in A1

    Suzie
    Total Dollars originated $567,897
    Billy
    Total Dollars originated $984,456
    Johnny
    Total Dollars originated $674,958

I'd like for my cell to tell me that Billy originated the largest volume. I know i need to look up the MAX of column B, however, i don't know how to have it reference the cell with the person's name in it.
