    Help drawing and placing information from my table

    Hello there, I am in desperate need of some assistance with a formula in excel.

    I am looking for a formular that will help me look for values in the column names"intructors) check the name of the instructor in column E and match it to their commission displayed in column F, Then place the value of their commission corresponding to their names in columns J,K,L,M.

    I have tried a formula like =VLOOKUP(Jeff,E4:F32,2,FALSE) in cell J4 with no luck.

    Please help!
