Create a chart from multiple workbook charts

hi I am new here and have some experience with Excel. I need to combine 12 monthly workbooks broken down by development, production and total jobs processed into 1 3d chart that will list each column(9) on the y-axis and each month on the x-axis and I would like to make it interactive so as I create each month it also goes into the yearly chart. I have attached a sample of a monthly chart. Thanks CJ
