Question Problem with scatter plot - all Y values plotted as zero - Sheet attached - Excel 200

All Y values are plotted as zero when I try to make a scatter plot. The cells are formatted as numbers so I don't know why this should be. I have attached the sheet.

Any ideas/help would be very much appreciated!

The cells are formatted as numbers
Just because a cell is formatted as a number, does not mean it cannot store text. The first thing I noticed when I opened your spreadsheet were a bunch of little green "flags" in each of those cells. When I looked at the "error" that Excel was flagging, it was a "number stored as text" error. (This kind of error checking can be controlled in the "options" dialog). Tell Excel to convert those to number (one way is to put a 1 in a cell, then copy that cell, select the Y cells, Paste Special->Multiply) and you should be fine.
