Vlookup query

Hi all,
I have attached an excel book containing two sheets, the first tab is labelled as Data & has three columns labelled GROUP, POS, SCORE. Group contains 4 separate groups called C,1,2,3 in column A
Column B is labelled POS (position) and has positions 1,2,3 for each position of each group.
Column C is labelled SCORE and contains all the scores relevant to each group and to the position within that group.

The second Tab is labelled results, with column A being used to record the group category, column B being used to record the finishing position within that particular group.
I require column C to reflect the correct score based on the information in columns A & B, If I have not expressed my requirements properly please let me know, maybe looking at the sheet will help you understand my needs better.
