Macro that will insert rows with condition

Hello,

I need some help to create a macro that would insert rows if the condition is met.

1. The macro will look for the repeated loan application ID on worksheet - 4 HDMA
2. If the loan application ID is found and repeated two or three times then insert a row on
worksheet - 1 All, below the same loan application ID
3. Copy the same loan application ID (Column A), Applicant Type ID (Column E) and
Enthnicity Desc (Column F) from worksheet - 4 HDMA to the new row that was created in
worksheet 1 All under the same column names, except Applicant Type ID (Column E)
will copy the data into Applic(1)/Co-Appli(2) (Column J)
4. Do the same for all loan application ID
