Extract email addresses from hyperlinks

I'm so glad that I found this forum and hope you can help!

I tried using the information that I saw in my searches, but didn't really find a solution. My knowledge of excel is not that strong, so I would greatly appreciate your help with this:

I have a file with column A (1-150) of hyperlinked Names. The names are hyperlinks to email addresses.

How can I make the file so that it shows the email addresses instead of the hyperlinked names?

For example, "Jennifer Smith" is a hyperlink to mailto:[email protected]. The rest of column A is just like that.

How can I have column A only showing the email addresses?
