I looked at the file and I do not understand your question. None of the cell contain a formula.
Either get a new calculator, or tell us what the formula in H9 is ...
$461.58 might be another possibility,or even $402.42 ...
Try in H9

Hello,
if you're after precision at the second digit after the comma, then you may want to pay some attention to the numbers you post.
What exactly do you calculate to arrive at 402.22?
That's obviously a typo, right? Details matter.
Now, take a second look at your worksheet and display more than just two decimals, for example show all decimals. Enter these into your calculator again.
The result will be 402.412.
Excel takes into account ALL decimals when calculating the result. The difference is due to the fact that you entered numbers with only two decimals into the calculator, e.g. you entered
432.00 - 18.14 - 0.00 - 0.00 - 6.26 - 5.18 = 402.42
The numbers actually stored in the cells, though, are
432.000 - 18.144 - 0.000 - 0.000 - 6.264 - 5.180 = ??
See the difference? Enter them into your calculator with all three decimals. What does that compute?
