    Need Help Cutting and Pasting Subtotals to a new column!!! PLEASE HELP!!

    Hello All!

    I really need some help.

    I am working with a large file in which I am using subtotals. Is there a way possible to enter in a forumla to cut only the subtotals from one column and paste them into the next column.

    For example, if the subtotals are in column B, I want the subtotals to continue to be calculated from the data from column B, but I want the actual subtotal to show up in column C.

    I am a noob at Excel, so step by step instructions would be awesome! I did find some info using here, but im not quite sure how to do this:

    Copy to a notepad, the copy paste back to Excel.
