Excel 2007 : Hide and unhide rows using a button

Trying to Hide and unhide rows using a button.

I know how to create a macro, and can asign to a button, but can only get it to hide the rows.

I have never used VBA, but possibly thinking this is what I am needing and there for after a little help and advise.

I am not great with technical speak!

Hi Sorry, I know I said I can create a macro, but that is a basic as my skils get, so not sure how to do what you have suggested - please advise.
